Ordering Instructions

All of our Harley-Davidson® jewelry pieces are made to order; thus, we cast your jewelry item once you place an order. Your jewelry piece is cast according to your choice of metal color and ring size. Once an order is placed online, your jewelry order will be shipped generally within 10-14 days. We will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date. Credit card payments will be processed immediately once the order is placed online. All of our orders will include a flat $25 shipping charge to cover insurance coverage and shipping costs.


Syd Curtis Designs guarantees all of our original Harley-Davidson, handcrafted jewelry pieces from any stone loss or metal breakage due to a defect in craftsmanship. If we determine the jewelry piece in question is defective, we will gladly repair, if not replace, the item at no charge to you. We reserve the right to examine the jewelry in question to determine if the defect is due to a manufacturing flaw or if it a result of normal wear. We are not responsible for modifications and repair work performed on our jewelry by a 3rd party. Our guarantee excludes normal wear. In its lifetime, almost all jewelry will need some sort of service. Should you encounter the need to have your jewelry pieces designed by Syd Curtis Designs repaired due to normal wear, we will gladly provide you with a fair repair rate.


It is important that your ring fit comfortably. We encourage you to have your ring finger professionally sized/measured at your local jeweler to ensure your order is the correct size.

All gents’ rings are available to order in size 7 through size 13, including half sizes.

All ladies rings are available to order in size 4 ½ through size 8, including half sizes.

With most of our ring designs, we are able to accommodate smaller and larger ring finger sizes. There will be a special order fee added to the cost of the ring for special sizes. Please feel free to call us for our special sizing quotes.

While the Harley-Davidson jewelry we create is built to last, it will last longer with proper care. This means not only using common sense when wearing jewelry, but also making sure it is cleaned, repaired and stored in a good manner.

Caring for your jewelry starts with proper wear. Jewelry should be removed if you’re going to do manual labor, including housework! Diamonds can chip or crack if they are knocked against a hard surface.

A bracelet can easily break if it abruptly catches on something. Another danger comes from harsh solvents and chemicals commonly found in cleaning solutions, which are not good for any type of jewelry. Even chemicals commonly used in cosmetics, lotions and shampoos can react unfavorably with metals.

Frequently have your jewelry cleaned and checked by your local jeweler to remedy discolorations from direct contact with solvents and chemicals, as well as keeping stones tight and secure.
